Come the Darkness by Crystal Lea

Eight murders and still no leads. Detective Alec Grey has his work cut out for him. The only common ground between the murders is the dumping ground that lies around Club Darkness.

Dee is the owner of the club but she's not human; as a matter of fact, most of her staff isn't human. Each time a body is dumped, she goes out to investigate so she can figure out why her club is being targeted.

When Alec and Dee meet, sparks fly instantly. Even in the short time they've known each other, they know it's love. Their relationship has some ups and downs but they work through them as they work on finding the killer.

When Alec's life is endangered, Dee does the only thing she thinks she can so that she can save his life.
